Planning and executing of all condition monitoring activities to Improve Overall
Machine Availability & Reliability.
• Diagnostic Analysis & Fault finding of all rotating machines, and planning its
maintenance Strategy.
• Balancing of rotating machines blowers, fans both Single Plane & Dual Plane.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress and compliance Reports.
• Precision Alignment with the help of Easy Laser Alignment kit. Thermography of
electrical panels, switch yards, steam pipe lines by using FLUKE.
• Expertise in Vibration Spectrum Analysis & fault finding of Rotary equipment for
reducing equipment downtime.
• Proficiency in IR-Thermography for early detection of problem solving in electrical
&Mechanical components.
• Proficiency in Laser Alignment &In-Situ Dynamic Balancing.
• Practical exposure in Ultrasound technology, Ultra sonic Thickness measurement,
Magnetic Particle Inspection.
• Familiar with AZIMA DLI (DCX), SKF CMXA 80, SKF CMXA 70, SKF CMVA 65, ENPAC-
1200 and VIBE EXPERT Four channel analyzer and its software’s for vibration data
collection and its analysis.
• An effective communicator & team leader combined with flexible & detail oriented
analytical skills.
• This includes Turbine Generator sets, compressors, boiler feed pumps, boiler fans,
and a variety of pumps and other equipments.
• Balancing of rotating machines blowers, fans both Single Plane & Dual Plane.
• Provide field support on rotating equipment to Maintenance/Operation
Departments.
• Carrying out Vibration Monitoring & Analysis of all critical, semi-critical, non-
critical Machines and providing Instant Analysis Reports with Immediate
Corrective Action of unhealthy machines.
• Tracing the Root Cause for problems by correctly analyzing the FFT spectrum,
Time wave form, Envelope signature and further confirming it by doing phase
analysis.
